Message from the Dean, Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research

As the interim Dean of Graduate Studies and Research (GSR) at SNU, my primary focus is to ensure a high-quality educational experience for our graduate and professional students.

The GSR collaborates closely with faculties to provide comprehensive support for our graduate and professional programs. In pursuit of this objective, the GSR is dedicated to the following:

– Expanding the scope of our graduate programs to offer the highest quality education.

– Offering distinctive graduate programs that address market demands.

– Continuously assessing and enhancing the outcomes of our graduate students.

– Improving the graduate student experience and fostering their success through a student-centric approach in our work.

– Promoting research and its impact to enhance graduate education at SNU.

– Establishing partnerships with academic institutions worldwide to support the university’s Strategic Vision.

At its core, graduate education involves pushing boundaries, advancing knowledge through professional programs and research, and creating opportunities. We remain committed to promoting our service-oriented approach to students and the university community. I encourage all our students to view the GSR as a valuable resource, not merely an office for form submission.
